Delete articles/records from Pages Database

Hi,

I can't seem to locate the option to delete all articles/records from a Pages Database except for 1 at a time. I have a DB with over 400 records.

If the database has categories and you only want to delete 1 category, you can use the move/delete option when managing categories. Otherwise, if you want to delete all records form it, just delete the database 🙂 .

Thanks Jim, no categories unfortunately, so will delete the entire database. Seems odd but no biggie.

You can revert to an unmodified template and view the record listings to multi-select each record, like you can topics in a forum. Just not as efficient as deleting the category or whole database.

Aha, many thanks, that did the trick. I was using the Supergrid templates, I switched back to the standard default template and the options appeared as per your image.

Actually, it may be because I was not using categories originally for this particular DB.
