Hi team, some questions about top menu.

How can I change the default "Register" text for Pricing like IPS page and how can I add more similar buttons? I can't find any settings in the adminCP or theme.

This would be something done within your theme.  You would need to find the appropriate section of the theme code and add additional HTML code for whatever you want to add.  

To clarify, there is nothing in the default platform that will allow you to add them as a setting. These are custom coded items on our site.
