Sirmadsen Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Hello there! Is there an easy way to find large files uploaded through the downloads app? Anywhere we can get a list of uploads just as we can see attachments through ACP?
Mark H Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 That can be done, yes. Go to ACP -> Files -> filter by Files - Click the "Size" column header to sort:

Mark H Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Ah, valid point. It does show all "Files" (as opposed to "Images"). There isn't a filter for items submitted via Downloads specifically. You may wish to suggest this in our Feedback & Ideas section, for consideration to be added to a future release.
Sirmadsen Posted January 20, 2023 Author Posted January 20, 2023 Yeah, I don't think it shows files uploaded through the uploads app itself. I'm sorry for questioning but, according to my ACP my max sized filed in uploads is 79 mb (which is true if you count in my "Additional files" extra fields using the normal attachments), when I have files that up towards several GB in size. Files uploaded in uploads app don't even show up in files search from ACP. ACP Files: ACP Dashboard:
teraßyte Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 The Files area in ACP shows only attachments uploaded through the editor in all areas. Files added to categories in the Downloads application are not included there unfortunately. There used to be an area in ACP in the 3.x version (I think?) that listed that data, but it got removed in 4.x. Sirmadsen 1
Sirmadsen Posted January 21, 2023 Author Posted January 21, 2023 Thanks, I'll add it to Feedback & Ideas as recommended above. I think it would be a good addition to quickly find large files and also files that might be duplicates just with slightly different names.
