December 16, 20222 yr Your default app seems to be offline/locked. Do you use any app other than Forums as default app? Go to ACP -> System -> Applications and check it there.
December 16, 20222 yr Community Expert Solution Also ensure that you have an application actually set as a default applications (star icon next to the app). I have seen it happen very rarely where that default is missing for some reason.
