Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
David N. Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 I recently moved from self-hosted to cloud, which means many of my image links are now broken. To replace them, I need to somehow upload my images to my Invision suite again, do I use Gallery for that?
Daniel F Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 I would suggest to use the media manager which is part of the pages app for this.
David N. Posted December 1, 2022 Author Posted December 1, 2022 Great, that's exactly what I was looking for, thank you Daniel.
David N. Posted December 1, 2022 Author Posted December 1, 2022 Wait, that does not work when using HTML inside a Text block, which is what I'm using.
Marc Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 No, this would be for templates, rather than text blocks
David N. Posted December 1, 2022 Author Posted December 1, 2022 Ugh... so when I want to insert an image in a text block where I'm using HTML, what is the recommended procedure? Thanks!
Solution teraßyte Posted December 1, 2022 Solution Posted December 1, 2022 Upload the images in that same location, but instead of using the media tag just right click on the image you want to use and copy the image's link. Then use that in your HTML. David N. 1

David N. Posted December 1, 2022 Author Posted December 1, 2022 Thanks again @teraßyte - that works fine. I wish there was an easier way, but that will do.
Gary Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 There is always a solution, but sometimes it requires a bit more work than just a few quick functions. Welcome to Cloud by the way! 🎉 David N. 1
