Musika Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Without any notice a plugin disaperad from my installation and cheking it out, it shows me I have to renew it only after 2 months. Even it expires in 2023. Can someone explain me this behavior? Â
Randy Calvert Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Wrong forum. 🙂 Regarding it disappearing… does it show up as being available to install from marketplace? If you notice the expiration date it says 2023.  The pending renewal is because you clicked the renew now button. You don’t have to pay it unless you want to extend the term further.Â

Randy Calvert Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I’m glad you got to the bottom of the problem!
Gary Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Just an FYI that I've moved this topic to the Marketplace -> Support Help & Support forum. 🙂

Issue is resolved, and it's nothing to do with a problem with a MP resource, just the user looking in the wrong place. Heck, if you want to go the full hog then merge it with the support topic for the actual resource, if one exists. Edited November 19, 2022 by Nathan Explosion

No need to get worked up. 😉
