Larry Kachadorian Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 Now stuck support link also throws error and site currently offline
Solution Jim M Posted November 17, 2022 Solution Posted November 17, 2022 Please go to {your-base-url}/admin/upgrade in your browser to complete your upgrade. We are aware of an issue with that particular version and moving forward will complete the upgrade.
Larry Kachadorian Posted November 17, 2022 Author Posted November 17, 2022 I tried that after the error and get another error which I would do but I can not move past it. I can only move to the admin cp using the back button on the browser, but once there and option returns the above error
Jim M Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 Looks like you were able to complete the upgrade now as it is showing that you are on the latest release. Of course, please let us know if you're still having issues with anything.
Larry Kachadorian Posted November 17, 2022 Author Posted November 17, 2022 We have two accounts one which we use as a "dev site" I updated last night and had no issue ... bmwsporttouring.com is our production site and it is definitely not reachable as I can not log in with a different browser ... any attempt doesn't even return a response at one point I was able to get ...
Jim M Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 I have attributed the topic to the correct domain now. Please go to: https://www.bmwsporttouring.com/admin/upgrade/ Then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the upgrade.
Larry Kachadorian Posted November 17, 2022 Author Posted November 17, 2022 Ok using your link it appears to be working ... I was hesitant to use the browser that initiated the error ... that apparently was causing the lack of response from another one. So far ... so good ... update appears to be continuing normally Thanks !
Marc Posted November 18, 2022 Posted November 18, 2022 Glad to hear it. Please let us know if you have any further issues
