Unfortunatley, When you click All Applications and Plugins it still shows the error but the other filters do work. I'm trying to find one specific application but can only be seen through All Applications and Plugins https://i.gyazo.com/9345e40b7f72d812c5f8edde5540c9da.mp4

It was the page I checked originally.... so my guess is it's a cache issue somewhere.
