Posted September 27, 20222 yr I am getting "The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information." when I try to logout. I end up still logged in. Any ideas please? Thanks, Neville
September 27, 20222 yr Please disable all 3rd party items and test this on a default unaltered theme in the first instance. If you are then still having any issues, please let us know and we can take a closer look

September 28, 20222 yr Author Solution The issue was with our theme, we put the standard theme and the issue resolved.
March 26, 20231 yr I've just discovered that we're having this issue too, but only on the mobile version of the site. We're using the standard theme, and no plugins or modifications that I'm aware of. Kev
March 26, 20231 yr I cleared the system caches, and the problem appears to have gone away. Hopefully this remains the case! Kev
