SecondSight Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Hello, 🙂 When looking at the logs, I found an error repeated hundreds of times. Here it is : Quote /home/myboard/public_html/uploads/monthly_2021_04/_6fce2402b452_imagesqtbnANd9GcQo-ckcLdCHXKjxtTusgPW_kHgIykg0BiveMdt3vYb3nROwvVIVA.thumb_f0c338d12890496681fed22a9c6634c.5891bd41778da9e2dc95bd6a05ae238 I see "images" and "thumb", so I suppose this is an image ? How can I fix this error ? Thank you, 🙂
Marc Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 There isnt an error message there. Thats just a location. What log are you seeing this in? If its your server error logs, you need to find out what the error message itself is. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your hosting company who will be able to advise

Why, in your opinion, should the server deny access to this file only ? Thank you, 🙂
Jim M Posted September 27, 2022 Posted September 27, 2022 You would need to check your server's configuration. Your server is denying access to whomever is accessing that file.
Randy Calvert Posted September 27, 2022 Posted September 27, 2022 It’s most likely a file ownership or a file permission setting that is the problem. As Jim noted, that would be a server issue that would be addressed outside of IPS and most likely with your host.Â

Thank you all for your help. 🙂 Edited September 28, 2022 by SecondSight Randy Calvert 1
Randy Calvert Posted September 28, 2022 Posted September 28, 2022 Does the file have a different owner or group versus other files?  (For example other files owned by “apache” and this file owned by “nobody”.)
Marc Posted September 28, 2022 Posted September 28, 2022 Please check items like mod_security or securi, as those could cause what you are seeing there
