Hello,

We are currently experiencing the following error message when rebuilding trophies:

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

You have quite a lot going on there. In the first instance, please do the following and test again at each point

  1. Upload a fresh set of files from your client area
  2. Disable Redis
  3. Disable cloudflare
  4. Disable all 3rd party items
