Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

You need to add those details to your client area 

Normally it should be good 🙂

You have quite a lot going on there. In the first instance, please do the following and test again at each point

1. Upload a fresh set of files from your client area
2. Disable Redis
3. Disable cloudflare
4. Disable all 3rd party items

After having tried everything + a php downgrade to 7.4 and an update to IPB 4.7 beta, I confirm that the problem is still present.
