How to edit - Update in progress - Message?

How can we edit this message, please?

Preferably change colors, add images, formatting etc.

It's hardcoded here: admin\upgrade\upgrading.html

Do not edit hard-coded files, they will be replaced with the next upgrade.  You can use the UPGRADING_PAGE constant to specify the location of a new file. See how to use constants.php

It does state on that page that its not a full list there 😉 I have however added that one, as its quite a common question, thank you.

Thanks Marc, but I personally would appreciate an editable message where we simply write one line or few words that an update is in progress, with some nice image than black and white DOS-era look without giving message for site owner and contact host, admin and etc.
