Edit the template core > global > plugins > tbSbltLocked:

<span class="ipsBadge ipsBadge_medium ipsBadge_negative" data-ipsTooltip title='{lang="topic_locked"}'><i class='fa fa-lock'></i> {lang="locked"}</span>

Replace the CSS class ipsBadge_negative with anything else you want: either another ipsBadge_* class or some inline style.

This modification is already compatible with 4.7 and I've just submitted a new version to mark it as compatible (no actual changes).

Those who have it already installed can keep using it without problems. 👍
