Posted March 25, 20223 yr I'm trying to upgrade to 4.6.11, it was running smoothly until it completely stopped at this point. Trying Retry or Continue just brings back the same thing. I closed the page, logged in again and resumed the upgrade, but still the same result. To note, this is a manual upgrade.
March 25, 20223 yr Community Expert You would need to investigate this with your hosting company. You are getting connection refused. Thats not something we would be able to resolve on the software end
