[Commerce] Support Request change department in ACP, truncated department names

As per image, would be best to have them visible in full. Can't fix myself because you IPS decided to make ACP templates a secret. Forgive me my malice.

I have moved this to our suggestions area, as this is by design rather than a bug.

@Marc Stridgen, do you ever plan to bring back ability to modify ACP templates? The best I like in IPS products is freedom, like we were limited in IPB3 because of encoded nexus, now I have a flashback of being limited again.

This isnt something we intend to return at present.

Then ya better remove the "truncates" cuz they can get on the nerves x)
