Some settings (Titles?) lost on last upgrade

I had a suspicion of this but not confirmed. Since the last upgrade (v4.6.10) , many of the heading/titles in our settings were lost.

For example:

But when you click into a group, the title is missing?

And again:

Clicking into a field:

This problem caused some serious issues with some of our plugins (and themes too) which at the time I thought it was strange and fixed them up.

But I now realise its AdminCP wide. Anyone else experienced this?

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Can you expand on that please Marc, and how I would resolve it?

For example, I have some plugins that have totally lost there languages.

If I click into any of my sub-forums from the admincp, the name of the forum is gone and I have to put it back in.

But when you click into one of them:

These details have now been updated. Thanks.

It looks there like you have the language pack they were set on, disabled

Doesn't this also contradict what @Jim M said here in this thread:

This won't impact any existing third party applications/plugins other than their language string getting reverted to their defaults as well.

It doesnt contradict this, no.

What it looks like happened is you have the names set on another language pack. Are you running more than one pack?
