Update the status update feature for a more modern story mode similar to Instagram. Stories can be viewed anywhere by clicking on the user profile picture. Users with active story will have a colored border around their profile picture.

 

We have a native dark theme for the ACP, let’s give a dark theme for the front end! Then I can happily 100% use the default invision community theme for my community, while still letting my users choose between dark and light.

It's been an issue for many years, the only way around it is creating groups that don't allow posts in certain forums but I'd rather just be able to prevent certain posters posting in specific topics.

Ability to split a user's post into two posts.

Anything to make the forum more  attractive for potential members. Some multiplayer video games would be a great addition to any forum and would be great as for an added feature. 

More control over ads, ability to show adverts after post numbers, currently we can only select after the first post.

Instead of relying on mods like this that are now incompatible when it should be in the software already.

Joined solution option, bulk reaction for administration,  "topic posting time/choosing date and time for topic to be active with the date and time that is physically visible ( sometimes we want to write something at night but prefer post is next day etc)

Better integration with Google Analytics. We can get high level information, but it would be nice to more tightly integrate things such as passing user ID for better details or being able to track actions such as new post created, new topic created, new gallery comment, user searched. 

The ability to show attached images as a link in the editor when inserting an image but once the topic/reply is posted show the actual image 

Search keyword based activity streams would be epic if they returned, it may be something that requires ElasticSearch but it would be so useful for so many.

Ability to sell ads in all email notifications.
