Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Chris027 Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 Hi Guys, is there any way to find more information about specific searches? 288 time per day my site has searches for the term exasound e28. This can't be a person. When I search this term, I get 489 results. The search stats say whatever is doing this search gets 0 results. Any info the helps me figure this out would be fantastic.
Jim M Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 That does look a little odd and think there may be an issue on our end as I see a lot of search results in your statistics for that term, some have the correct results and other zero. I've created a ticket so that I can get one of our developers to take a further look at this.
Randy Calvert Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 Have you run that search as a guest? It’s possible it is an unauthenticated bot making the search.

Chris027 Posted November 4, 2021 Author Posted November 4, 2021 My first thought was this is a bot searching and whoever set it up accidentally refined the search to something like "Files" rather than "All Content." Strange but, it's all I can think of, unless there's an issue behind the scenes. I am using elasticsearch 6.8.20
Solution Marc Posted November 11, 2021 Solution Posted November 11, 2021 It seems these were indeed genuine searches, looking at the ticket there. Just adding in case anyone else is seeing similar
