Could you take a look?  No hurry.

if you want someone to take a look and help then copy paste the errors within your post here 🙂

otherwise file a ticket not a forum post

Hi,

I am seeing a lot of errors in the System Logs.

Not sure what's triggering them.

Could you take a look?  No hurry.

Thank you

Please could you update your access details on file, as they appear to be incorrect. We can then take a look for you

Actually the opposite is true. We encourage people to post on the community, and we can pick it up from there if needed. We can access users login details just the same as we can from a ticket. Its only really if there are indeed any details that need to be sent to us privately that we need a ticket.

I have been looking at this, and from what I can see those errors are happening directly after an issue with being able to write to your redis instance. I would suggest first of all disabling that, and seeing if the errors still occur

I would also note, it would be worth disabling all 3rd party items and monitoring, but I would go for testing redis first of all
