We encourage people to post on the community, and we can pick it up from there if needed. We can access users login details just the same as we can from a ticket. Solution Marc Posted October 16, 2021 Solution Posted October 16, 2021 I have been looking at this, and from what I can see those errors are happening directly after an issue with being able to write to your redis instance. I would suggest first of all disabling that, and seeing if the errors still occur I would also note, it would be worth disabling all 3rd party items and monitoring, but I would go for testing redis first of all
