[Down board]Cannot be updated

After downloading the recommended security update, it remains frozen (impossible to identify), which prevents us from updating the forum, which is therefore unassailable.

Can you do something for us?

After multiple attempts, the problem seems to be solved, the software telling me that the sessions were not activated when they were.

It also generated an error in the stack:
