There is an example for path

This is typically: /path/to/ips4/uploads 

Any experience, for example

/path/to /home/databaseuser/public_html/uploads/

or ...../path/to/public_html/uploads/

or .../path/to/databaseuser/uploads/

and other is invalid path

Please advice what the path should be

You need to look it up in your account with your webhost. The path is specific to your host and installation.

This is path

/home/databaseuser/public_html/uploads/ 

Also, in Storage Settings is the same path, and work perfectly.

but in Conversion this path is invalid...

PS. Very strange ... Today I tried all sorts of options this path, incl. and without "/path/to" ... and not ...
Now I tried again only with a path, as I indicated, and it worked ...
Apparently there was a "poltergeis" in the installation...

Probably a layer8 issue.
