SecondSight
Hello, 🙂 My board has about 160 000 accounts. This makes a lot of email notifications which are sent daily by the server... and sometimes problems linked to the amount of emails sent. Is there a way to remove/delete all email notifications for all the accounts (a kind of restart from scratch) ? Thank you. 🙂
Joel R
IPS finally introduced a stop all emails in the user's Account Settings (go to Notification Settings, then all the way to the bottom of page). I don't know if they added function in ACP
CoffeeCake
Joel's solution would work for one user at a time. If you wanted to reset all subscriptions for all users en masse, that's not an out of the box feature and would be something you'd need to do via SQL. Morrigan
I would recommend this:
Joel R
Oh yeah, if you want to remove ALL email notifications from ALL members, you would need an SQL query.
SecondSight
I will use the pruning option, an SQL query being too difficult for me. Thank you. 🙂
