upvote system on discussion type forums

Hi, is it possible to have the upvote system in the discussion forums type, currently I only see this feature on question forum.
Please let me know the solution thanks.

any idea guys? really looking a workaround for this.

 

Voting is only available on Q&A forums.  

As Nathan suggested, you would need to go custom if you wanted the functionality in regular discussion forums.
