im showing some pages see this error

im already useing support tool and desable all plagins and applications etc , but this error not solve , any body tell me about this ??

It’s missing a template. If you already ran the support tool and it didn’t fix it, then I would submit a ticket to IPS.

Did you remove Downloads by chance? It seems like you are attempting to view a purchase of a file in Downloads but the templates can't be found.

ok thanks , not remove but just disabled , becoze i'm not use downloads app , after re enable and probm solved ,
