Thanks for your reply. I checked ACP and looked for geolocation. I couldn't find anything. I need to buy a license?

I have MaxMind minFraud geolocation enabled with my own API. Is that what I need?

You don't need to do anything...geolocation is a feature within IPS4 which requires an active IPS4 license to work. You have that.
