Why am I still seeing topics of someone I have ignored?

It’s not a full block feature. All posts are still there, just the content is hidden. 
So it act like those “sensitive content” filters, where seeing the actual content requires a deliberate action of revealing what gets hidden by default. 

(Yeah, I am not a fan either.)

Yeah along with this expanding the Ignore feature across all IPS apps would be good, along with a full-on Block function (ie a 'block them from seeing my profile/content' like all other social media has) would be good...
