StormyWays13
Hi! I am transferring over my customers from WHMCS to IPS Commerce for my web hosting business. I had to manually create invoices, mark them as paid, and then change the renewal dates. I setup my server and it talks to IPS but the clients are not able to navigate to their cPanel using the site. When I look at the server in I get this message when I look at the accounts: Quote The following accounts are on the server, but not in the database: Does anyone know how to sync up the cPanel accounts to their respective IPS purchase? Thanks in advance!
AlexWebsites
I asked about this a year ago and unfortunately there is so little information available around the hosting feature, I ended up not doing it. Here are some older topics you can ask the participants for help maybe... Check out this app:
Jon Erickson
@StormyWays13, if you are truly going to be basing your business off hosting services, I highly suggest you stay with WHMCS. Commerce does not contain nearly the amount of features or services that WHMCS does. I have used both extensively and I am consistently feeling handicapped by Commerce. As @AlexWebsites, there is very little community discussion and support with Commerce as well. I am personally in the middle of moving my commerce based hosting products to WHMCS! StormyWays13
Thanks for the information guys! I have been using WHMCS but I found it hard to work with in regards to design. I wanted to Commerce because I'm also familiar with the other core features of the software. I might have to give WHMCS another try.
