Ask a Question Popup

Anyone knows how we can add similar "Ask a question" popup in our IPB sites?

Core or plugin or app - any ideas are welcome.

Thanks @opentype and @Adriano Faria I just realize that these both plugin offer a support question.

Whereas what I want is that question get posted in respective forum as club lexus pop up does.

@Gauravk, yes we will be upgrading to support 4.4.5.
