AlexWright Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Hi all, We've come across a spat of spammers and the like. We see that all the accounts registering are using the same Device but different IPs. Is there a way to block that specific device from the Administrative Panel, or would I have to use the Cloudflare firewall? Thanks! Alex

Adriano Faria Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Even if you could ban a device, it uses cookies to generate its “key”. So it’s enough to the user delete cookies to generate a new key and then they’re not blocked anymore.

I assume this is the curse of trying to ban a problem member.
