Fierce God Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 How in the WORLD is the cliente area graph showing that there "Blue line 80 users/Red line 30" at such time? when i'm literally looking at my online users list at that time, and know for a FACT there never once was 80 page views or 80 ppl online, or even 30? Help me to understand this lol, cause obviously i don't get it i didn't feel like this was ticket acceptable am i tripping? i ask this cause i'm on that awesome cloud package, and from what i read, my package is about to increase if the graph is right? or Nah? Bug? Bots? Going crazy with checking my graph, knowing that my site is way too new for that amount of site seeing......or is IPS SEO that amazing?
SoloInter Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 For me there is always a big difference between "Who is online" and Google Analytics Live. For instance, right now I get that numbers : 6 for Google, but 78 for IPS.

No. For your cloud pricing, check the graph in the Client Area for your package. Here’s one of mine: As you can see, all the activity just adds up to “0” over the 48h period.

bfarber Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Yes, we go off of the rolling average, because every site can experience a temporary spike. That's normal.
Wren Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 i wondered this as well when i see 1 and 2 members each day; then suddenly a spot where it hits 45 (not open yet so the lower numbers made sense) glad you asked this 😀
