FA icons not showing up for everyone?

Hi there. So,  a lot of my website uses FA icons. They work on EVERY single page besides a custom page.

The issue is they show up for some users, but not for other's - but all of other FA icons that are on my website shows up for everyone?

If that makes sense?

If the page is public, link it and we can check it out. A screenshot doesn’t tell us anything.
