Hello,

I try to set up reputation, I've never used that.

It is enabled in the admin CP, no group is excluded (except thos who have not replied the signup email), but the icon does not show. Did I miss something ?

A full screenshot instead of a snip gives a better view of the settings....

Is that your own post that you are viewing, or someone else? There is a setting right below the one you provided above: " Members can react to their own content?"

There are other settings at the user group level too.

Sorry, here are the full screenshots.
Whatever the posts I am viewing, nothing is shown.

Edit: Edit: a new tab (leaderboard) appears in the menu

As Nathan mentioned, there is also a Group setting which is involved.

Edit a Group that you want to be able to view reputation.

Check the Social sub-tab -> Reactions section -> make sure that the setting "Can view who reacted?" is enabled.

As well, if you want that Group to be able to use Reactions, make sure there is a non-zero value in the setting above it, or that "Unlimited" is selected.

I have followed the instructions here on my forum, yet when I click on the heart to like something I'm getting the message 'sorry there was a problem reacting to this content" any advice please?

Check the settings I mentioned, especially the one for "number of reactions per day". It must be either checked as Unlimited, or have a non-zero value in the field.

If those are set correctly and it's still not working, please file a ticket to support and we'll be glad to assist.
