I'm afraid, the only way currently to achieve this would be to disable the whole block. The good news is disabled is the default state and the user would need to enable it. However, currently the user would be able to re-enable the block. There may be a third party add-on in our Marketplace to achieve what you're wanting to perform here. There are other more complex apps in the IPS marketplace, just search for "hide profile visitors" in "Downloads" and you get a lot of results.
