getting country from Address filed in {content} user post

is it possible getting country alone from Address filed in {content} user post info pane? as it would post whole address... I just want to get country in post pane info.

Is it a custom profile field?

EDIT: I don't think there's a way using core feature only. You can do this using a pluign.
