Message in captcha box

Just upgraded to 4.2.7 and there is this message in the security captcha box on the registration page "V1 SHUTDOWN ON 2018-03-31" anybody know what that is all about?

Google are retiring Captcha 1 - upgrade to Captcha 2 and change your settings on IPS after doing so.

Where do I change my settings here at IPS? I am not hosted at IPS

On your site.....not here at IPS. Look in your ACP, find the captcha settings.
