Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 I just noticed this. Some random date...?
Aiwa Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Looks like a random empty row in the notifications table with a timestamp of 0.. check your core_notifications table
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 Hmm none of the notifications templates have been altered in any way :/ I've also tried disabling all my apps and plugins one by one to make sure nothing was acting funky. This is so weird.
Aiwa Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 No, looks like an errant row in the database or an app that has already thrown a notification. disabling an app won't remove the notification. If you're not comfortable looking in the database, i'd sent in a ticket to IPS to have them take a look.
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 Ohh I see. I found it, this is what it looks like. Is there anything I should delete??
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 Hm I deleted all of the above but it's still showing that. And it only seems to be when there are no notifications. When there is a notification, the random date doesn't show up.
Aiwa Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Are you using the default theme? May be a theme issue.
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 Nope, I checked with the default skin, but it is still showing that weird date. :S I wonder if this issue has been reported before? I can't seem to find anything relevant via the search function.
Fosters Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Do you have the custom notifications app installed? It’s changing the notification template, but this issue was never reported before.

Could it be conflicting with a different app or plugin? Hmm but then, I've tried disabling Custom Notifications, but it didn't make the weird date go away.
Adriano Faria Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Is the first screenshot from your user? If so, which is the member ID in the notifications table?

Daniel F Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Please submit a ticket so that we can take a look at this:)
MarilynWallace Posted October 21, 2017 Author Posted October 21, 2017 It's not MY site, it's one of my sites that I am just an admin at (not the owner). So I wouldn't be able to give you any kind of login info (the screencaps were all from the owner who is not a customer anymore).
