why is all the activation emails going to people's spam folder? I have set it so I have to manually activate them but when I do , they don't know about it until they chase me up as the welcome emails are going to the spam folder. Looks rubbish.
Have you had any previous spam issues with the domain name you're using ?
Can you narrow it down a little bit ( if possible ) for instance it is all emails sent to a gmail / outlook / other address recipient that are getting flagged or is it all of them ?
