I have set it so I have to manually activate them but when I do , they don't know about it until they chase me up as the welcome emails are going to the spam folder. Looks rubbish. Any ideas? Can you narrow it down a little bit ( if possible ) for instance it is all emails sent to a gmail / outlook / other address recipient that are getting flagged or is it all of them ?
