1. Vacation mode... kinda self explanatory... but go on vacation and it lets the sender know that you probably wouldn't respond right away due to being on vacation or any other extended absence.

2. Restrictions,,, for myself and other communities i've talked with they want to restrict the "administrator" or higher ups accounts to only be able to receive messages from staff accounts only, unless they deliberately send a message to a non-staff (for replies)

I have the Auto Reply to PM plugin that does this. It will create an automatic reply, with your text message, if it's enabled in your Account Settings.
