Let me buy Pages?

So I made a ticket on June 8 (#982772), because I needed to re-activate Pages on my license in order to buy it again.

Got a response same day, about removing Downloads off my license first. All is fine, yes I wanted that removed, no reply since...

So I'm just wondering, since it seems like a fairly simple task, will I get to buy it any time soon? It's been 11 days since I started the ticket (my time).

Please could you provide me with the ticket number in question, and I can certainly take a look at that for you and get it sorted
