Anyone else has this weird bug that I cannot login to my IPS account? Or it appears at least so?

I'm being stucked on this position...

When I press continue, it will load shortly and put me back on that spot.

Same here as I was trying to update my test board. 

I submitted a ticket for it. I occasionally get an error that says "Manual action required"

Just working fine now  

im having that issue cant open the website to my test i can only get in to the admin and the support section dont seem right cant check anything

Disable your custom theme (if you have one) and use the stock one. Make sure you go through Support -> Something isn't workking correctly to clear the cache. This is what fixed it for me. 

i dont have anything installed just the ipb theme
