Hello, recently , my block sidebar, used during customization when signed in as admin, isnt working correctly now. It works but DRAG n DROP has stopped working all of a sudden  i dont know what caused it but somehow it wont work for me , it just highlights the text when i drag but wont drag the block on any place or page or etc. Can anyone help me out ?

Open the developer console and look out for any error? If you have, share them, then we can help you out more.

On Support, It says i have database issue, which is because i ran a database repair using ssh, it says 

ALTER TABLE `forums_forums` CHANGE COLUMN `require_prefix` `require_prefix` TINYINT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'AT&P: Require a prefix'

ALTER TABLE `forums_forums` CHANGE COLUMN `show_prefix_in_desc` `show_prefix_in_desc` TINYINT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'AT&P: Show prefixes on index'

ALTER TABLE `forums_topic_mmod` CHANGE COLUMN `topic_prefix` `topic_prefix` INT NULL DEFAULT -1 COMMENT 'AT&P: Topic prefix'

but when i run these queries or use fix automatically, it still wont fix, this error doesnt goes 

Nevermind, The jQuery script had permission error, changed permission to 655, works now
