Sticky Header for mobile/desktop per forum ids [paid]

Hello,

i am in need of a sticky header  Advert   plugin  for mobile   -  and / or also for Desktop! 

obviously if its made for desktop too, then 2 images should be possible to choose  so that a) shows on mobile b) shows on desktop

there is a  definate need  to choose per forum ids  for targeting options. 

who can help ?

i have seen that wordpress has a a plugin, this is how it looks like aprox

I want also the option of the plugin ,  to be able to choose forum id.  (or even Topic Id) . 

I have clients looking for this. so the need is kind of urgent/important. 

not only for mobile but also for desktop.

I think you can do it with 

I added a setting "Show to" You can select device (phone, tablet, desktop)

2 adverts, one for desktop and second for mobile + conditions like (if forum id = 1 show image1 else if forum id = 2 show image2 etc)

but my main request is that it is sticky   (header)..

 (stays on top of page, even if you scroll )

would you perhaps make  an (extra paid?) plugin  

with that extra feature? 

I dont need click counter or stats measuring because we use DfP adserver.   

i need a) sticky  for devices  and b) choosing per forum id. 

I will pay, for the new plugin, its really needed.

You can disable the clicks counter
