Dean_ Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 This I think is still related to the CSS problem that plagued the 3.4.x series to 4.x.x upgrade. While it's tricky to navigated, what you want to do is, go to customise > themes > designer's mode > enable that, you'll see the page refresh and the css should return to normal and set the default theme.
