Hello I brought IPB forums and logged in and trying going to my client and its saying my account don't exist can anyone help>?

Email accounts@invisionpower.com, provide them with your license key, and seek assistance.

And keep in mind that it is the weekend, and you most likely won't get a response until after it.

You are showing in the Clients group.

I'd suggest logging out and then back in again, this can re-sync your account in some cases.

If it should persist after this and you're using the same credentials as the ones you used to purchase, as others have indicated please submit a ticket (if you are able to do this) or email if not.
