Registration going to a blank page

Hello,

After updated to 4.1.17.1, and setting an age requirement on our forums, when a user goes to register, enters the birthday and pushes submit, the page loads to a blank page with the contact us email at the top left. 

This only happens when the Age Requirement is set.

Unless I'm mistaken then the default software doesn't have age requirement functionality, so are you using a plugin? If so, best post in the support topic for that plugin.

I think that is the COPPA age verification in the IPS4 default software.

no, this is the new setting brought in via 4.1.17.  

I'm not sure why this thread was moved to peer to peer when an IPS Dev could have troubleshooted or marked this as a bug

Hello,

More than likely it wasn't a dev who moved your post

You can submit a ticket if you are having any issues. There has to be a general place for IPB to accept bug reports. That would be the support ticket system.
