Staff Directory Improvements

Would anyone consider releasing a plugin which would improve the 'staff directory' page?

Along with the PM icon, it would be nice to have the ability to allow team members to show their website and even Twitter account.

Editing the information should respect the formatting (for some reason it goes blank and there's no way to return to the default member group colour, not even if you leave the editable information blank.

It would be nice for admins to be able to edit other staff members profiles.

Perhaps the plugin could even include some new profile templates for the staff page?

I believe this would attract interest if the right dev released it. I am sure there's more improvements that could be made.

I'm currently testing @fosters app: 

I'm going to try to make an improved version of the Staff Directory with it. Shall post back with my results.
