Dennis Linkletter Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 Hi All, I have set a job from the administration panel to move a whole group of 700 member's into a new group. The move is still going and has taken 3 days so far. Now i know the text does say it will take a very long time, but is this normal? Can i quicken this up? TSP Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 The image quite clearly says 11455140.19% and with no progress bar. There is obviously something going wrong and stuck in a loop here. Could you check your system logs located under Support -> Support in your Admin CP and report back any errors that seem related to this? Just remove any file paths (up until the point of your root IPS folder) or other revealing information like IP address from it if you're not comfortable with others seeing that. I left the window open saying processing MoveMembers and its still going just under 24h later. Is there any way to get a process update on the move? Log file or something like that?
