September 2, 20168 yr Did you recently upgrade to a 4.x version? They changed the editor a couple of times early on and it requires a browser cache clearing on the individual user's part. It was a big nuisance for many of my users.

September 3, 20168 yr Have you checked if same problem happens when using the IPB default theme ? If IPB default theme works then it is a problem with your theme (possibly needs updating to same version of IPB that you are using) ?
