Clean up tools?

I just upgraded from 3.4.6, been finding it for like hours, How can i fix those empty avatars?

On 3.4 (there's a clean up stuff) but i can't find it on 4.1

If you mean clearing the cache data to clean up: 

acp>>system>>support>>option: Something isn't working correctly.

Run that and it wil clearing the bad data.

These look to be missing profile photos and alt tag for the image is taking over leaving the user's name there. Please ensure that you've transferred all images.

Yep, simple answer - the picture doesn't exist hence it's not displayed.

Shouldn't be any transfer required, assuming this was an in-place upgrade.

3.4.x photos are in uploads/profiles by default, as is the same case with IPS4
